Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our return policy covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If you have a problem with a unit, please reach out for help. All transmitters are tested and subjected to quality checks when manufactured, but rare, undiscovered issues are possible. If you have an issue with a unit received, please contact us at support@chirpsounds.com and we'll help determine if you have a defective unit. Uits determined to be defective can be returned for exchange, repair, or refund at our discretion, shipping included for one (1) year. Speakers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but we will assist in resolving any issues with speakers.  

For returns on units that are not defective, contact us about possible exceptions to this policy. These will be at our discretion and if approved, credit will be issued once we receive the unit back and confirm it's in satisfactory condition. Return shipping will be your responsibility. We want you to be happy, so don't hesitate to reach out.  

To be eligible for a non-defect return, your item must be new or like-new, in its original retail packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send anything back to us without first requesting a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items will be identified as such if and when they are made available.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item while you return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, credit will be issued.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

We do not currently ship into the EU. Should that change, notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be promptly refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@chirpsounds.com.
